For a provisional, document the prescribed use and relevant case requirements. Material selection and acceptance need to follow the specific product documentation and the clinician's instructions. This page does not assign a universal service life to PMMA restorations.
Keep the revision history intact
Identify the approved CAD file and retain a consistent case ID. Following a review, consolidate annotations into a single change request. A technician should not have to decide which of several contradictory messages represents the final instruction.

Quote a pilot with a useful endpoint
A pilot should end with a decision: acceptable workflow, specific revisions needed, or unsuitable scope. Ask for a quotation that identifies the deliverable, evaluation responsibilities, revision handling and estimated delivery arrangements.
US physical fulfillment requires confirmation of the operational, shipping and regulatory pathway before the order is accepted. A request for information does not commit either party to recurring production.

Is final zirconia included with a PMMA order?
